Today, Alpha Omega Eta African Sorority, Inc. is accomplishing its pillars—Sisterhood, Scholarship, Leadership and Service—not solely, but largely, around the concept of mentorship. We believe in proliferating the leaders we want to see by not only developing our members, but encouraging each of our members to develop others. We form relationships with our communities and become involved through service and taking on leadership roles. We lend our talents and knowledge to uplift as many Pan-African young women and girls as we can, to ensure that they are best positioned to achieve their full potential and purpose, and can equip others to do the same.
